Jules is a member of the Organizational and Leadership Effectiveness team at Ohio State University. Prior to joining Ohio State she was an executive director for a non-profit a retreat center, an organizational development consultant, and an actor. .Jules received her Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University/NTL Institute for the Applied Behavioral Sciences. She is also a certified Master Watershed Steward from the National Capital Region-Watershed Stewards Academy.
